For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, OBSESSED provides a free return label. Customers have 14 days to return their items. If at least one item from the order is kept, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the entire order is returned, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

For returns from other countries, OBSESSED does not cover any costs, and customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
